Yield: 4 Cups
2 cups plain low-fat soy (or dairy) milk
2 bananas, in chunks
1 cup blueberries
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 scoop vanilla ice cream (soy or dairy)
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on low for 1 minute.
Pour into tall glasses and serve.
