The Chocolate Wallop
Yields: 4 Cups
1/4 cup low-fat soy milk
2 cups orange juice
2 ripe bananas
1/4 cup cashew bits
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/3 cup mango slices
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on medium for 2 1/2 minutes.
Pour into tall glasses and serve with bravado.
