OUT ON A DATE
Yields 3 Cups
1 cup plain low-fat soy or dairy milk
1 banana, in chunks
1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt (or soy yogurt)
4 dates, chopped
1/4 cup pickled ginger; drained
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on high for 1 minute.
2. Pour into tall glass and kiss your date.
