Mom’s Apple Pie
Yield: 3 cups
2 baked apples (bake at 350*F for 10-15 minutes or until soft)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup brown rice syrup or honey
1 1/2 cups filtered water
1. Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend on medium speed for 30 seconds.
2. Pour into tall glasses and serve your mother.
