4 small bananas, in chunks
2 1/2 cups water
1 8-ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate
1/4 cup firm silken tofu
1/4 cup protein powder
2 heaping tablespoons chocolate spirulina powder

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on medium speed for 1 minute.

Pour into your favorite containers and drink up protein, potassium, vitamin C and great taste.

The Blue Danube

Yield: 4 Cups

2 cups plain low-fat soy (or dairy) milk
2 bananas, in chunks
1 cup blueberries
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 scoop vanilla ice cream (soy or dairy)

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on low for 1 minute.

Pour into tall glasses and serve.
